Which documents are accepted

Verification proves the account belongs to a real person and that withdrawals go to an account in the same name.

Accepted documents

1. 1Identity: passport, national ID card or driver licence.
2. 2Address: a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months.
3. 3Payment: an account statement or a screenshot showing the account holder name.

If a document is rejected

Rejections always state the reason, usually expiry, readability or a name mismatch. Upload a new document from the verification page and the review continues from that step.
